Returns
Due to the nature of on-demand printing, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges, as we printed the Gadol special for you.Â
Cancellation
Your order can be canceled within 1-Hour of placing the order. Orders for Gift Cards cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, you can contact us at thegadolgallery@gmail.com. Please note that your order number needs to be included in the subject line of the cancel request email, so that we can process it correctly.Â
Non-Pick-Up
Due to the nature of on-demand printing, orders for "Pick-Up" at our Howell, NJ location that aren't picked up will not be refunded, as we printed the Gadol special for you.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If applicable, we will notify you once we’ve approved a refund. It will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
